The tournament
was held at the
University of Houston campus.
There were over 500 entries and
22 schools. |
|

|
|
Kerr High School had 3
entries. One senior and two freshmen, Koplan, Michael,
and Thuan. The three contestants competed in 8 events
and broke out of prelim in 5 events. |

took home 5 trophies. |

Kerr won 1st in duo interp,
2nd in domestic extempt, 6th in oration, and 6th in
impromptu.4th in championship LD debate.
Kerr students also gained points toward state
qualification. |
