Instructor led lessons have the instructor available to lead and motivate the students through the lessons. With web based teaching, the students are more motivated, but some of the traditional methods must still be maintained and considered. For example the lessons must still follow the traditional format of presentation however, web based lessons must be more concise and interactive. That is why all of the lessons we are able to create will have the following format: Length of  Delayed course =2 hours. The learner can spend as much as 2 hours on the lesson. He will have the luxury to read and review the lesson, then he can learn at his own speed. Every lesson will cover the following required sections.

Live Courses

The new student/learner are internet smart and would want the lessons to be not only information laden but somewhat entertaining as well. The learners will expect stimulating and entertaining lessons or they will soon become bored and leave the course. This is the reason why interaction between students and teachers is so necessary. No matter how flashy or funny an online lesson is it will never replace a teacher and be very effective in conveying information. We realize this and our courses take the benefits of both types of learning and put them together. Not only do we have pre-recorded lessons we also offer live classes, this is what sets us apart from everyone else. The live classes would supplement the delayed lesson a person took and would be in the following format: Length of Real Time online lessons =30 minutes. The instructor and learner will set a time to meet online and discuss the lesson in real time. A recommend time limit should be 30 minutes to keep everyone focus and interesting.. Should more time be required, negotiations should be conducted to determine the next session.
