I b I discover yourself seminars

Learning is a lifelong journey. It starts with realization that one does not know and that he wishes to change the situation. Learning is the affirmation that one wishes to make an attitude change and gain more to better himself. Therefore,  I will be myself and I will find myself.

Focus on mental development via deep introspection

The seminars will be a progressive session. That is it will be scheduled for 1 hour and if the participants wishes to extend it, in order to learn more, then it will grow another hour. If needed, the session will be extended into another session. Members will be interacting with the facilitator and  other members, either by question and answers, or role playing, etc.

Process

The  sessions will be facilitator lead and during this time ideas will be suggested. This will be a fifteen  minute period whereby the facilitator introduce the topic, explain its significance, and talk about the implication on individuals. Following this period, he will then open the discussion to the participants and ask for others to share their thoughts on the topic. Extended participation and sharing is where the true learning begins. Such a procedure has seldom been used because very few people are knowledgeable with the process.
