First Ever International Debate

Debate is an time honor means of airing ideas and issues. The history spans back to the Greek period as well in the Chinese era of enlightenment. People from opposing sides would vent their ideas and thoughts to the listening crowds. Now after many generations of evolution, the art of debate has reached the internet with much gusto.

Through the efforts of Realteachers, and the coaching skills of C. Chee, Realteachers in collaboration with TalkingCommunities is holding the first ever debate across international boundaries and borders using the internet.

Listeners, participants, and judges will not only have the advantage of hearing the debate, but also graphic and text can and will be displayed to support the debaters point of view.

This technology far exceeds the expectations of hearing, as we did before on the radio, and seeing, as we did before on television, but also the debaters will be able to garner information in real time over the billions of pages of information on the internet.

While this project has been on going to a small number of people, the overwhelming desires of others to participate and listen has caused Realteachers to develop a large arena for this event.

Listeners will then get a truly up to the minute view of both sides of the issues being discussed on the internet.
The format will be using Lincoln Douglas, which centered in the discussion of Value.
The technology will be using www.talkingcommunities.com state of the art presentation which not only presents the debate in a crystal clear voice format, but also allows for recording of the debate for future references.
Debaters, judges, and listeners are encouraged to sign up immediately, since seating in the rooms are limited.
