School in Houston Texas. This year 2006 Kerr High School won second place in the sweepstake standings. |

Each year, Kerr's Speech and Debate improve. In the last two years, Kerr only sent 1 to regional, but this year, there were 7 that qualified to advance to regional. |  |

In debate, Kerr swept and closed out the section with first, second and third. The winners were Josh, Aime, and Yifang. This is a first for not only Kerr but for any school in the district. | |
